Xenics高速制冷短波红外相机 - Cheetah系列是基于一个内部开发的制冷型InGaAs探测器,分辨率为640 x 512像素,像元尺寸20um。配有单级TE制冷探测器,提供400hz、800Hz或1700hz的高帧率;配备TE3制冷探测器的相机提供高达110hz的帧率。相机接口为Cameralink,可见短波红外(vSWIR)选项可用于扩展到可见波长波段。
